we were damn tired uh frm yest workouts...

but wat to do...ppl nid to kip themselves trim n fit...

wen to the gym,take shower,go zaf's hse,play takraw at nite...

its basically the same stuff... but tml,there'll b an xtra dude cuming...

n we'll be doing the same i tink wif an xtra swimming!!!

i love swimming in the water n playin wif it...

its kinda fun you knw...u shuld try it sum time...
